LAUREN ROSENBERG
AIA NCARB
Lauren is the founding principal at LR/ARC. She earned her Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-arc) in 2009 and in her ten-plus years of professional experience she has worked on projects of many scales. From a redevelopment district in Taiwan while at NBBJ, to retail design with Shremshock Architects, and highly crafted homes while at Winkelman Architecture — her breadth of diverse experience allows her to cohesively think about the macro and micro scales of a project. Lauren delights at the range of details in her work, from site planning to window details and custom furniture. The success of her projects comes from the cohesion of such elements.
Her approachable, thoughtful process and collaborative spirit brings value to the team. Lauren enjoys personally connecting with clients, working closely with them to translate their thoughts into a home that will endure for generations, all in the spirit of quality craftsmanship. She is dedicated to the collaboration between the client, contractor, and consultants and believes this teamwork is absolutely crucial to the success of a project.
Originally from the Hudson Valley, she now calls Portland, Maine, her home. When she's not in the office, Lauren can be found exploring near and far with her husband and three children, photographing their experiences along the way (even if that means being eye-to-eye with a lion).
